Outside lights replaced and changed to a time switch so they cannot be left on

Emergency lights fitted by rear door and outside area, and compliant sign fitted above the internal door.

Linked smoke alarms, including heat sensor in the kitchen and a Carbon Monoxide sensor by the boiler as well as cover in the main hall, back foyer and upstairs room.

Door alarm fitted by the front door to alert if opened.

Prep completed for a low powered sensor switched light in the toilet foyer.

Prep completed for a sensor with key switch override to turn lights on in the back foyer, where they are often left on.
